Where do I get a playlist link?

Your TV provider gives it — usually in their customer account under “Playlist”, “M3U” or “Connection”. AnyPlayer doesn’t sell channels.

Channels didn’t appear on the TV

On the Devices page, check that the TV has a channel list assigned and is online. If so, restart AnyPlayer on the TV.

Playlist “not responding”

The provider’s server didn’t answer. Check that your subscription is paid and press “Update now” on the Playlists page. If the link changed, replace it there.

What’s the device limit of a list?

Providers allow a subscription on a certain number of devices — usually two. Assigning a list to more may get your subscription blocked.

How do I connect another TV?

Install AnyPlayer, open it and on the Devices page press “Connect device” — enter the code from the screen.

Can I watch on my phone?

Yes. Install AnyPlayer from the APK on an Android phone or tablet and connect it just like a TV.

How do I change my password or email?

In Profile. A new email must be confirmed via the link in the email.

How do I delete my account?

At the bottom of Profile. Devices stop receiving channel lists, and data is deleted permanently.

Why isn’t AnyPlayer on Google Play?

The player is distributed directly, like many IPTV apps. The official file is only on anyplayer.cc; Downloader code 8869095 leads there too.

“App not installed”

Usually there’s not enough space or an older version with a different signature is installed. Free up space and try again; if that fails, uninstall the old AnyPlayer and install anew.

Code 8869095 doesn’t open

Make sure you type the code into Downloader, not into a browser. If it still fails, type the full APK address: https://anyplayer.cc/apk/release/latest.apk

How do I update AnyPlayer?

The app offers updates itself. You can also install a new version over the old one — settings are kept.
