In short
- We collect only what the account and the app can’t work without.
- We don’t sell data or share it with ad networks.
- Playlist links are visible only to you and your devices.
- Delete your account — we delete your data within 30 days.
1What data we keep
Your email and password (stored protected, it can’t be read), language and email settings. If you sign in with Google, Yandex or Telegram — the identifier from that service and the name or email it passed on.
Names and models of your devices, the app version and when they were last online, playlist links and files, libraries, channel lists and their limits.
Technical error logs of the app — to find and fix failures.
2Why we need it
So you can sign in, so our server can load playlists from your links and build channel lists from them, so the lists reach your devices, and so we can help when something breaks.
Emails come only when needed: email confirmation, password change and account deletion, plus warnings about a playlist that stopped updating, a device that has been offline for long, and AnyPlayer news, including new versions — you can unsubscribe from news in your profile or via the link in the email.
We keep messages sent from the Help page and pass them to our support team so we can reply.
3What we don’t do
We don’t sell data, share it with ad networks or show ads based on your playlists.
4Who we share it with
Only services the account can’t work without: server hosting and an email service. They must keep the data confidential.
By law we may disclose data upon an official request from public authorities.
When you sign in with Google, Yandex or Telegram, you confirm it on their page; they tell us only what is needed to sign you in.
5How long we keep it
As long as the account exists. After the account is deleted, data is removed within 30 days, backups within 90 days.
6Cookies
The website uses only necessary cookies: to remember your sign-in and chosen language. No advertising or tracking cookies.
7Your rights
You can view and correct your data in your profile, ask for an export, withdraw consent to emails and delete the account.
If you think we’ve violated your rights, write to us — you can also contact the supervisory authority of your country.
8Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll email your account address in advance and show a notice on the website.
9Contact us
